Frequently asked questions
Is SuchScore free for businesses?
Yes — claiming your business and the read-only dashboard are FREE forever. During Phase 1 (until the platform hits 10,000 reviews) everything is free, including replying publicly to reviews. When Phase 2 begins, public review responses move to the Basic plan (Rs 4,999/mo). Founding Members get 50% off Basic for life.
How do I prove I own the business?
During the claim process you upload one of: business registration certificate, recent utility bill in the business name, or a verification email from your business domain. Our verification team reviews and approves within 24–48 hours.
Can I dispute fake or abusive reviews?
Yes. You can flag any review on your business and our moderation team investigates. Reviews proven fake, spam, or in violation of our guidelines are removed. Genuine negative reviews cannot be removed, but you can always respond publicly to give your side of the story.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes. If your business has multiple branches, you can claim the parent listing — branch access is automatically granted. Multi-user team access (where multiple employees can manage the same business with different permissions) is coming soon.
How does the Founding Member offer work?
The first 1,000 businesses that claim and verify on SuchScore become Founding Members automatically — no application, no payment, no extra step. When Phase 2 begins and Basic becomes a paid plan, Founding Members pay Rs 2,499/month for life (50% off the regular Rs 4,999/month). You also get a Founding Member badge on your business profile.
What is the Rs 4,999 survey credit?
Thirty days after you claim, we open a 5-minute pricing-research survey for you. Complete it and we credit your account Rs 4,999 — one month of Basic free (about two months at the Founding Member rate). The credit lasts 12 months after Phase 2 launches. It's first-come, first-served — only the first 500 responses earn the credit.
When will full pricing tiers be announced?
Basic is anchored at Rs 4,999/month. Communicator (private DM add-on) and Premium (everything + Communicator + analytics + verified badge + review-invite tool) prices are still being finalised — we're using the Founding Research survey to set them based on what real business owners would actually pay.
