Delete your SuchScore account and data. Two ways: (1) In the app or on the website, sign in, open Settings, go to Account, and tap Delete account, then confirm — your account is deleted immediately. (2) Or email support@suchscore.com and ask us to delete your account; we action requests promptly. What we delete: your login, email address, name, and profile photo. What we keep: your reviews, anonymised (no longer linked to your name), because removing them would distort the ratings of the businesses you reviewed — email us to request a specific review be taken down. Available in English and Urdu via the language toggle at the top of the page.

Delete Your Account & Data

How to delete your SuchScore account and the personal data linked to it — in the app, on the website, or by email.

You can delete your SuchScore account and the personal data tied to it at any time. Here's exactly how to do it, what we remove, and what we keep.

Delete it yourself — in the app or on the website

The quickest way, in the SuchScore app or at suchscore.com:

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Open Settings (from your profile menu, or go to suchscore.com/settings).
  • Under Account, tap Delete account.
  • Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Or ask us by email

Prefer we handle it for you? Email support@suchscore.com from the email address on your account (or tell us which account to delete) and ask us to delete it. We action deletion requests promptly — usually within a few days.

What we delete

  • Your login and email address.
  • Your name / display name.
  • Your profile photo.

In short, the personal profile that identifies you is removed.

What we keep — and why

Your reviews stay on SuchScore, but anonymised — no longer linked to your name — because removing them would distort the ratings of the businesses you reviewed. This is explained in our Privacy Policy. If you want a specific review taken down, email us and we'll look at it case by case.

If you own a business listing

If your account is the owner of a claimed business listing, you may need to release or transfer that listing first. Mention it in your email to support@suchscore.com and we'll guide you through it.
